  • Which of these five pendulums has the largest oscillation period?

  • If pendulum 1 is set into oscillation, which of the remaining four pendulums oscillates with maximum amplitude?

  • If the resulting pendulum in part b is now carried to a planet where the gravitational acceleration is one-third of that of the Earth, how and by what percent does the pendulum oscillation period change?
